Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Executive to manage and oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in facilities management and financial tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Invoices for maintenance-related services and materials.
Oversee Goods Receive Notes (GRN) and ensure timely processing of payments.
Handle Omni and Cash Card Voucher transactions for maintenance activities.
Maintain and update Tracker/MIS for expenses, utilities, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely maintenance and service delivery.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance or facilities management.
Proficient in using tracking tools and Excel-based MIS.
Strong organizational and communication skills
