Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn Accounts Intern / Trainee to support our finance team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with basic knowledge of accounting and a desire to grow in the field of finance and accounts within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry and invoice management.

• Maintain records of receipts, payments, and financial transactions.

• Help with preparation of financial reports and documentation.

• Reconcile bank statements and assist with ledger maintenance.

• Support the accounts team during audits and month-end closings.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for billing queries.

• Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data in the system.

• Follow up on payment collections and maintain payment records.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally or any ERP is a plus).

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA in Finance or related fields.

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Compensation:

• Stipend: ₹6,000 to ₹10,000 per month

• Certificate of Internship upon completion

• Potential for full-time placement based on performance

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Saturday
