Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Account Executive to join our finance team within the medical equipment industry. This position will be responsible for managing client accounts, processing transactions, handling financial documentation, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations specific to the medical equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate payment records, billing, and transactions.
Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring accurate pricing and terms.
Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and reconciliations.
Payment Processing: Process payments, track outstanding invoices, and follow up on overdue balances.
Accounts Receivable: Manage receivables and ensure timely payment resolution.
Customer Support: Handle client inquiries related to accounts, billing, and discrepancies.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain accurate records.
Collaboration: Work with sales and customer service teams to resolve financial inquiries and support transactions.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or account management (preferably in medical equipment or healthcare).
Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).

Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic understanding of the medical equipment industry and its financial processes (preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
