Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to support daily accounting operations in our manufacturing unit. The role includes handling routine bookkeeping, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, GST entries, and assisting with monthly closings and audits. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in finance and a willingness to grow in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally / ERP system.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and ledger reconciliations.

• Handle bank entries, reconciliations, and petty cash management.

• Support statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other tax filings.

• Prepare purchase/sales entries, debit/credit notes, and journal vouchers.

• Maintain records related to stock, material movement, and inventory valuation (in coordination with store/production departments).

• Assist with internal, statutory, and tax audits by compiling necessary documents.

• Support payroll processing and statutory deductions like PF, ESI, and professional tax.

• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for smooth accounting operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (B.Com, M.Com).

• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.

• Working knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting systems.

• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
