Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate who can actively follow up with our clients and maintain proper records of bill-to-bill payments. The candidate should work from the office and stay in regular coordination with the payment team to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth processing of payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly follow up with client parties regarding payment status

• Maintain accurate bill-to-bill payment tracking and records

• Coordinate closely with the payment team while working from the office

• Provide daily reporting and updates to seniors

• Identify reasons for payment delays and take a proactive approach to resolve them

• Must have knowledge of Excel and basic computer skills

• Should possess good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Experience in billing/follow-up/payment coordination preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative
