Job Title: Billing Executive – Medical Distribution
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Billing Executive to join our team in the Pharma distribution sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices, managing billing processes, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions related to the sale and distribution of medical products. This position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of medical product pricing, and an understanding of billing processes in a regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients and distributors for medical products, ensuring correct pricing and taxes.
Verify Orders: Cross-check purchase orders, delivery notes, and billing data to ensure all details match before issuing invoices.
Data Entry: Accurately enter billing details into the accounting system, ensuring no discrepancies in records.
Documentation: Maintain organized records of all billing-related documents, including invoices, credit notes, and payment receipts.
Coordination: Liaise with the sales, accounts, and logistics departments to ensure smooth processing of orders and payments.
Customer Service: Address any billing-related queries from customers and resolve disputes in a professional and timely manner.
Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly billing reports for management review.
Credit and Debit Notes : Generate Credit notes and Debit notes based on return stocks
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in billing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical distribution industry.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with billing software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of medical product pricing, taxes (GST), and applicable regulations.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with various departments and work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with ERP systems used in the medical/pharmaceutical distribution industry.
Understanding of medical products, drug names, and industry-specific terminology.
Experience in managing large volumes of invoices and financial data.
