Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive to manage daily financial transactions, service sales billing, purchase entries, petty cash, and bank reconciliations. The role also involves ensuring accurate GST calculations, maintaining records, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process service sale bills, including job card collection, invoice generation in Tally, GST application, and payment recording.

• Handle purchase bill verification, PO approvals, and vendor payments.

• Manage bank transactions, balance monitoring, and reconciliation with Tally.

• Maintain petty cash records, process company expenses, and ensure compliance with cash management limits.

• Track battery challans, update records, and maintain documentation.

• Reconcile job cards weekly and ensure service payments are properly recorded.

• Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting as required.

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple financial processes efficiently.
