Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Finance Executive to manage and optimize the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep financial expertise, a keen analytical mind, and a strong ability to drive financial performance through strategic planning and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning efforts to ensure financial targets are met.Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and variances.Cash Flow Management: Oversee and manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity while minimizing financial risk.Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect the company’s assets and financial stability.Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.Cost Optimization: Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team to drive performance and professional growth.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CFA, or similar certifications preferred).Proven experience in a senior finance role with a strong understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.Exceptional knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
