Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts & Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of goods and services for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the purchasing process, vendor management, and negotiation skills. The role involves maintaining stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products within budget constraints.Key Responsibilities:Procurement Management: Identify, select, and negotiate with suppliers for the purchase of materials, goods, and services needed by the organization.Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new suppliers to ensure the best pricing, quality, and service.Order Processing: Prepare purchase orders based on inventory needs, ensuring accuracy and timely procurement.Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders to prevent stock outs or overstock situations.Cost Control: Ensure procurement activities are aligned with budgetary constraints while securing competitive pricing.Quality Assurance: Ensure that the goods delivered meet quality standards and specifications as per the purchase agreements.Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate purchase records, including contracts, invoices, and delivery receipts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.Reporting: Generate reports on procurement activities, expenditure, and cost savings to present to management.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounts.Experience: 0.6-1 years of experience. Skills:Strong negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
