Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
o Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally ERP.
o Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
2. Tax Compliance:
o Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
o Assist in audits and liaise with tax authorities as required.
3. Operational Support:
o Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
o Support invoicing, payment follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
4. Record Maintenance:
o Maintain accurate records of transactions and update ledgers regularly.
o Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
o Generate periodic financial reports to track performance.

Requirements:
1. Educational Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
o Additional certifications in Tally or accounting software are a plus.
2. Experience:
o 2+ years of experience as an accountant, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
o Hands-on experience with Tally ERP is mandatory.
3. Skills:
o Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
o Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
o Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
o Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
4. Soft Skills:
o Good communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
