Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tally Operator to manage and maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP software. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in Tally, with the ability to work independently and handle day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime

• Maintain records of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other tax returns

• Generate invoices, bills, and reports

• Handle bank reconciliations

• Assist with audit preparation and financial reporting

• Maintain and update inventory records (if applicable)

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Provide support to the finance or accounts team

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity

• Minimum qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or related field
