Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat (inbound & outbound)
Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues efficiently
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system
Follow up on unresolved queries to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of technical products/services
Prior experience in technical support preferred
Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls professionally
