We are looking for a skilled Interior Architect to join our design team. This role calls for someone with a deep understanding of space planning and an eye for detail, who can translate business goals into engaging physical spaces. The ideal candidate will be passionate about workplace design and comfortable navigating every phase of a project—from initial concept to final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate client briefs into compelling spatial concepts and mood boards.

Develop comprehensive layout plans, technical drawings, and 3D presentations.

Work closely with project managers, contractors, and procurement teams to ensure design integrity through execution.

Conduct site evaluations and design audits to ensure implementation aligns with approved plans.

Lead design presentations and coordinate with clients for feedback and revisions.

Keep abreast of industry trends, sustainable materials, and workplace innovations.

What You Bring:

A degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution.

2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate interiors or commercial workspace projects.

Mastery of tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite.

A strong grasp of space utilization, lighting design, and material application.

Excellent client-facing communication and collaboration skills.

A proactive approach and the ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

Prior exposure to turnkey office projects or D&B models.

Understanding of compliance regulations and local building codes.

A portfolio demonstrating both creative and technical design capabilities.
