Prepare high quality, innovative and functional design
Go on site visits to meet clients
Source raw materials and products

Key Responsibilities
● Supervise and coordinate all construction activities at project sites
● Ensure project execution according to approved drawings and specifications
● Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards
● Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and material suppliers
● Review and verify construction drawings on site
● Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation
● Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
● Manage site labor and maintain workforce attendance
● Monitor material delivery, storage, and usage
● Resolve site-related technical issues
● Coordinate with architects and clients for site visits
Technical Skills Required
● Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and interpreting construction drawings
● Understanding of construction methodologies and techniques
● Knowledge of building materials and specifications
● Familiarity with construction safety norms and standards
● Ability to read and interpret structural drawings
● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
● Understanding of local building codes and regulations
