Job Title: Receptionist
Reports to: SAIF RAZA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage the reception area, and perform administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors: Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors, and ensure they are directed to the correct person or area.
2. Answer and direct calls: Answer incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls to the relevant person or department.
3. Manage the reception area: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including the lobby, waiting area, and reception desk.
4. Perform administrative tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
5. Manage mail and packages: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
6. Provide customer service: Respond to visitor and caller inquiries, and provide information about the company and its services.
7. Maintain confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
8. Perform other duties: Perform other duties as required, such as booking travel arrangements, making reservations, and ordering supplies.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent: Required
2. Administrative experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or reception role
3. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Organizational skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
5. Customer service skills: Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 6.30:00 pm
