We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Assistant to join our team at Ghatkopar. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience handling back office operations, data management, and office coordination tasks.
Perform data entry and update company databases accurately.
Handle paperwork, documentation, and maintain proper filing systems.
Manage emails, incoming calls, and internal communication.
Prepare reports and maintain spreadsheets (Excel proficiency required).
Assist various departments with administrative and operational support.
Support the accounts team by making basic entries in Tally if required.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies and stationery.
Help organize meetings, appointments, and small office events.
Ensure the smooth daily functioning of office operations.
2–3 years of experience in a back office or administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel).
Basic working knowledge of Tally (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
