Job Summary:
We seek an enthusiastic and motivated female Telecaller to join our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over the phone, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales or appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Call prospective leads from the database or CRM.
Explain company offerings clearly and effectively.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Coordinate with the sales or operations team to ensure client onboarding.
Handle inbound inquiries and route them appropriately.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Confident, polite, and clear speaking tone.
Good understanding of sales and customer service.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
