We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to efficiently manage daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves office administration, data management, invoice and challan generation, handling front-desk activities, coordinating reports, and managing social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration & Coordination:
Manage pantry inventory and office supplies to ensure availability at all times.
Handle general office upkeep and coordinate.
Ensure smooth communication within the team.
Provide general support to visitors and assist new employees.
Financial & Data Management:
Generate invoices and challans while ensuring accuracy in documentation.
Manage PF and other compliance-related documentation in coordination with the finance team.
Maintain and update financial and operational data in Excel for reporting purposes.
Front-Desk & Communication Handling:
Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
Social Media Management:
Manage and update company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Post relevant content and engage with the audience.
Track and report social media activities for insights and improvements.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Ability to multitask and efficiently manage daily office activities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Prior experience in office coordination, administration, or financial documentation is a plus.
