We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support operations at Airo Tech Enterprise, a leading air compressor manufacturer. You’ll handle administrative tasks, manage documents, and ensure smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily office operations and administration.
Manage inventory records and order supplies.
Support order processing and payment tracking.
Maintain accurate files, reports, and customer records.
Coordinate meetings and manage office schedules.
Handle customer inquiries and correspondence.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (associate degree a plus).
Proven experience in an administrative role (manufacturing experience is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
