BACK-OFFICE EXECUTIVE (Deposition +Billing+ Payroll) Job Responsibilities Good Understanding of company system policies procedures and standards & ensure to follow Proper Communication/ Coordination with executive, team leader, tele caller and with all departments as per requirement. Handle Billing of all Banking & Non-Banking Products, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Regularly Check E-Mails & update the product wise data of received bills. Coordinate with Concern Managers & Supervisory Head of the Product for billing process.Check & Maintain product wise billing data & MIS Report.Prepare billing & invoice to process includes confirmation from the concerned manager.Supporting the Payroll department for maintaining data.Handle team as leader of the Deposition department Supervisory for all deposition products.Resolve queries & issues related to product of the collection executives / telecaller related to product..Check & update retail settle & foreclosure of the product for the process.Maintain penalty sheet for deposition delayUpdate & Cross check with the funding sheet of all products includes account details, funding amount with pending.Follow up on pending funding amount from concern managers & for deposition
