Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and efficient Back Office Executive to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and mail management
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a back office or administrative role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
