Handle day to day office activities
Answer phone calls and manage emails

Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of customer services at the Front Desk
Any matter which may affect the interests of organization should be brought to the attention of the Management.
Collect and communicate customer feedback over the call
Maintaining good relationship with clints
Record all customer complaints / issues received and resolved
Maintain and update the database with propre information
Coordinate and follow-up with other internal departments
Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously. Responsible for daily administration
Prepare MIS and reports on daily basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in client servicing and data managment
The candidate should have Excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal skills.
Prior experience as a relationship executive in similar industry
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to handling client needs.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
