We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive to support our team by managing leads and performing essential computer-based administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle data accurately.
Manage and update lead data in CRM or Excel sheets.
Coordinate follow-ups with clients via email, messages, or internal tools.
Maintain records and files, both digital and physical.
Generate reports and assist in basic data analysis.
Support the sales/operations team with documentation.
Ensure accuracy in data entry and communication.
Handle general office correspondence and back-end tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Age criteria is 18 -24 Years
