Primary Roles and Responsibilities Bid and Tender Management o Monitor tender portals and identify relevant opportunities. o Share preliminary analysis of RFP/tender. o Co-ordinate and work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations) to gather the required information and documents. o Reviewing, preparing, and submitting bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements. o End-to-end management of online and offline tender submissions. o Act as the primary point of contact for all bid and tender-related queries. o Maintaining an organized record of submitted/ongoing tenders and other associated components. o Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the bidding process. Secondary Roles and Responsibilities Vendor Registrations/On-boarding Documentation Legal Documentation Audit/Compliance Documentation Other Internal/External Process Record-keeping and Documentation Technical Skills Basic understanding of bid management tools and platforms.
