Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in day-to-day operations including preparing quotations, invoices, and sales reports.

• Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and CRM systems.

• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment and delivery tracking.

• Communicate with clients regarding orders, pricing, product availability, and after-sales support.

• Assist in managing product catalogues and keeping pricing information up to date.

• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing department as required.
