What is the profile of Risk &Compliance Consultant? The profile would include but not be limited to the following tasks: 

• Understand the role of risk and compliance in the organization and build expertise in the chosen area of work 

• Ensuring all Risk & Compliance related operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost effective, error-free manner 

• Monitor and analyze alerts and segregate them into buckets & document supporting evidence to either “Close the alert” and/ or “Report it to the relevant authority” as per requirements 

• Build & Demonstrate Reporting capabilities in areas of internal and external risk management 

• Ensure data is accurate, timely, complete, accessible, and easily retrievable manner 

• Provide timely and accurate responses to emails from Internal & external stakeholders 

• Assist with on-the-job-training of new team members  

• Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices  

• Helping the organization’s process remain compliant 

Where is your office located, what are the shift timings & what are the work offs? 

• Office Location: 1205, Rangsharda, Reclamation, K.C Marg, Near Lilavati Hospital, Bandra West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400050, IN 

• Office Timings: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm 

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

What would be the salary structure?

What is the Selection Process? 

The selection process for this position is as follows

• Training registration 

• Training completion and certification (2-3 Week Duration, Unpaid Internship)

To whom does this position report? 

Functionally you will report to Supervisor Designation. But we at Ahedge Pvt. Ltd. have an open culture in which the entire will be there to support & nurture your talents. 

What will be the Team size? 

We are looking to onboard around 10-15 people as first-generation Consultants for this role. We also are building technology team in Bangalore to support our technology development 

Is this a transferable job? 

No, the primary focus of the company is current in Mumbai region only. But once the organization & our clientele grows, opportunities can come in different key cities of India. 

How much of Traveling is expected in this profile? 

The profile will demand travelling to client locations within Mumbai based on the PROJECT ASSIGNMENT. You may be expected to visit 1 or more banks/ financial institutes/ merchants office/s ever month to conduct operational activities.
