Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and general banking needs.
Provide information about banking products and services.
Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Handle loan applications and maintain customer records.
Transaction Processing:
Process and verify financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Handle cash, checks, and other financial instruments.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
Prepare reports and other documents as needed.
Support branch manager and staff with various tasks.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information securely.
Other Duties:
May be required to operate teller windows or perform other duties as assigned.
May assist in promoting bank products and services.
May be involved in opening and closing the bank, balancing cash drawers, or auditing teller cash drawers.
