Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Input and manage data: Enter accurate data from paper documents or digital sources into spreadsheets, database systems, and software programs.
Verify and correct discrepancies: Review source documents for errors and resolve inaccuracies to maintain accurate data records.
Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless data management and reporting.
Maintain backups: Create and organize backups to safeguard critical information and prevent data loss.
Organize and prioritize tasks: Manage multiple administrative tasks while meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality work.
Operate office equipment: Use scanners, printers, and other office equipment to digitize and organize documents.
Compile reports: Prepare and format data for reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications and skills:

Work experience: Previous experience as a data entry clerk or in a related administrative role.
Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and other data entry software.
Typing speed: Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
Soft skills: Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in data effectively.
