We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to efficiently and accurately input, update, and maintain company databases and records. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Enter, update, and verify data in various systems with accuracy and speed.
Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
Retrieve, review, and process data from multiple sources.
Perform quality checks on entered data to ensure accuracy.
Assist in generating reports and summaries as required.
Respond to information requests and inquiries related to data records.
Adhere to company data management and confidentiality policies.
Coordinate with other teams to ensure data consistency and completeness.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or computer applications preferred.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management systems.
Fast and accurate typing skills (Minimum 40-50 WPM).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
