Data Entry and Management:
Perform data entry for all blocks in the assigned CFL Centre.
Enter field training and activity data by inputting text-based and numerical information from documents received from Block Functionaries (BF) and District Coordinators (DC) on a daily basis.
Conduct a primary review of data received from BF and DC for deficiencies or errors, and correct any incompatibilities if possible.
Call attendees of each training conducted by DC and BF of the assigned centre for feedback/review and record that data in the desired format.
Reporting and Documentation:
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations as instructed by the operations manager, and perform backup operations for the CFL Centre.
Store field activity pictures, videos, press reports, linkage evidence, and other centre-level multimedia data in designated locations.
Scan documents and print files when needed.
Properly store and file all physical documents at the designated location in coordination with the DC.
Maintain all kinds of registers as described in the Operations Process.
Centre Maintenance:
Ensure the CFL Centre is well-maintained and hygienic.
