Role & Responsibilities - Data Entry Operator:1. Data Entry & Management: • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in computer systems and databases. • Transfer data from paper formats into digital files using keyboards, scanners, or data recorders.2. Document Handling: • Organize and maintain digital and physical records. • Ensure proper indexing and filing of documents.3. Reporting & Compilation:• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports as needed.• Assist with data collation for presentations, audits. and analysis.4. Coordination & Support:• Assist different departments by providing requested information.• Ensure timely and accurate data entry support for finance. Sales departments.Qualifications - Data Entry Operator:1. Educational Requirements:• Minimum: 12th Pass.• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in any dill rpline.2. Professional Skills:• Fast and accurate typing.• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.• Knowledge of spreadsheets, CRM, or ERP systems is a plus.3. Personal Traits:• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.• Confidential and reliable with data handling.4. Languages:• Basic English reading/writing skills.5. Experience:• 1-2 years of relevant data entry experience preferred.• Freshers with good typing speed and computer knowledge are also considered.
