Customer Service and Support:
Assist customers:
Help clients with inquiries, resolve problems, and provide information about bank products and services.
Process transactions:
Handle deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
Open new accounts:
Assist customers in opening various types of accounts, including checking, savings, and loan accounts.
Handle customer complaints:
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
Provide information:
Educate customers about bank policies, procedures, and available services.
Operational Tasks:
Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
Cash handling: Assist with cash management, including ordering, receiving, and distributing cash.
Balance reconciliation: Verify the accuracy of bank statements and other financial records.
Loan processing: Assist with the processing of loan applications, including obtaining credit reports and uploading loan documents.
Safe deposit box management: Assist customers with accessing and managing safe deposit boxes.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
Other duties: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Skills and Qualifications:
