Document Verification: Review and verify documents submitted by clients, vendors, and employees to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure all documents are in compliance with regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and company policies.
Data Entry: Accurately input verified information into systems or databases.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of verified documents and flagged discrepancies.
Customer Support: Communicate with clients or internal teams regarding document discrepancies or missing information, providing clear instructions for correction.
Quality Control: Perform regular audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the document verification process.
Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies or fraudulent document submissions promptly.
Reporting: Generate and prepare reports on document verification outcomes and issues for management.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience in document verification or a similar role.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies or issues in documents.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., financial, legal, or healthcare documentation).
Proficiency with document management software and database systems.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) for interacting with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality practices.
