We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our presence on e-commerce platforms like Company Website, Amazon India, Flipkart, and others. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with seller panels, inventory management systems, and order processing, as well as strong analytical skills using tools like Microsoft Excel. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow with a fast-paced and innovative team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the company website is user-friendly, functional, and optimized for conversions.

  • Oversee daily operations on Amazon India, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and optimized performance.

  • Handle seller panels for product listings, catalogue updates, descriptions, images and content optimization to enhance visibility and drive sales.

  • Set up and manage Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) operations, including shipments, inventory tracking, and competitive pricing strategies.

  • Coordinating order processing, shipping, and returns to ensure smooth operations.

  • Developing and executing online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

  • Managing social media channels and online advertising platforms.

  • Process sales orders received from customers, ensure accuracy and timeliness

  • Coordinate with various departments, including logistics and finance, to facilitate order fulfilment and timely delivery

  • Customer Communication: Interact with customers via phone or email to address inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and assist with order status updates.

  • Maintain positive and professional customer relationships.

  • Develop a solid understanding of our products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages

  • Stay updated with product updates, industry trends, and market dynamics to effectively support the design team.

  • Propose and implement solutions to enhance sales support efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate stock levels across all platforms to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

  • Efficiently process orders, coordinate with warehouses for timely dispatch, and manage returns, replacements, and customer queries.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to implement dynamic pricing strategies that improve profitability and sales volume.

  • Strategically plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart to maximize ROI and sales performance.

  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to enhance visibility and sales during key seasons, sales events, and platform-specific opportunities.

  • Ensure strict adherence to platform guidelines and policies to maintain a healthy seller account and avoid penalties.

  • Stay updated with the latest platform tools, policy changes, and industry best practices to drive operational efficiency and maximize platform performance.

 

Requirements:

  • Graduation in commerce/arts/science or equivalent

  • 1+years in e-commerce platforms, with expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and FBA.

  • Strong analytical, organizational and administrative skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and experience running platform ads.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Customer-focused approach and ability to build positive relationships

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate and work well with cross-functional teams.
