Job Title: E-commerce Listing & Dispatch Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Listing & Dispatch Executive to manage product listings on online platforms and ensure smooth order dispatch. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Product Listing & Management:

Upload and manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal etc.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Optimize listings for better visibility and sales.
✅ Order Processing & Dispatch:

Process orders and coordinate with the warehouse for timely dispatch.
Generate shipping labels and invoices.
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues if any.
✅ Stock & Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory on e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to avoid stockouts or overselling.
✅ Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain daily order reports and sales data.
Work closely with the operations and logistics teams.
Requirements:
✔ Experience in e-commerce operations (listing & dispatch).
✔ Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
✔ Basic understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
