Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Executive Assistant located in Narela, Delhi. The person will be responsible for high-level administrative support to a senior executive. The key responsibilities include –

Administrative Support and Communication Management

➢

Prepare and organize meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas and taking minutes

➢

Maintain confidential files and records

➢

Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed

➢

Screen and respond to phone calls, emails and messages prioritizing urgent matters

➢

Draft and proofread correspondence, including emails, letters and presentations

➢

Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communications

•

Calendar Management and Travel Arrangements

➢

Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements

➢

Priorities and reschedule meetings as needed to optimize executive’s time

➢

Book and manage travel arrangements including flights, hotel and transportation

➢

Prepare travel itineraries

•

Relationship Management

➢

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

➢

Act as a liaison between executive and other departments

Qualifications and Skills

•

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

•

Strong organization and time management skills

•

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
