- Upsell additional offerings like printed photographs, albums, and retouching services.
Administrative Support
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with photographers for smooth daily operations.
- Maintain and update client records, contracts, and invoices regularly.
- Oversee studio inventory, including props, backdrops, and essential supplies.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial reporting as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for printing and studio-related needs.
- Take on additional admin responsibilities as assigned by management.
Studio Operations
- Ensure the studio is always clean, organized, and ready for upcoming shoots.
- Set up and maintain photography equipment when required.
- Assist photographers during shoots by managing props and ensuring client comfort and coordination.
