Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Mahatma Nagar, Nashik
Timing: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. If you have strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the executive's calendar and schedule appointments

• Handle emails, calls, and communications

• Arrange domestic and international travel

• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Oversee office supplies and daily operations

• Organize company events and meetings

• Manage documents and files

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive

Additional Skills:

• Ability to work under pressure

• Experience with international travel arrangements

• Team player with independent work capabilities
