Calendar & Schedule Management:
Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events, ensuring optimal use of the executive’s time.
Communication Liaison:
Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism and discretion.
Meeting Preparation:
Organize agendas, prepare presentations and reports, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Travel & Logistics:
Manage travel bookings (flights, accommodations, transportation), expense reports, and travel itineraries.
Document Management:
Maintain confidential files and records, draft documents and emails, and support contract and invoice processing.
Project Support:
Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives, including research, coordination, and deadline tracking.
Office & Team Support:
Liaise with department heads and teams, assist with onboarding of new hires, and support organizational communication efforts.
