Designation: Accounts Executive

Location: Sion, Mumbai.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Week Of: Sunday

Time: 9:30 pm to 6:30 pm

Experience: Freshers Can apply

Responsibilities:

1. Generate and manage invoices and billing statements accurately and on time

2. Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, GST, and TDS-related work

3. Maintain organized records of financial transactions and supporting documents

4. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth processing of payments and bills

5. Support the accounts team in routine operations and monthly closings

6. Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into accounting software

Requirements:

Gender: Male candidates preferred

Education: B.Com or equivalent qualification in commerce/accounting

Skills:

1. Basic understanding of accounting principles

2. Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting tools

3. Good communication and coordination skills

4. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of finance and accounts

5. Ability to work in a team and manage routine tasks efficiently
