Job Description:
As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and sharing business reports that help in effective decision-making across the organization. You will also play a key role in maintaining and managing the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and utilized to its fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Reporting & Analysis:
Develop, generate, and distribute regular business performance reports across various departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.).
Analyze trends, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and other data to derive insights that aid in improving business performance.
Create and present customized reports and dashboards tailored to the needs of management and other stakeholders.
Monitor and report on ongoing project status and business goals, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
CRM Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the company’s CRM system to ensure its efficiency.
Regularly update CRM records, ensuring that all client information is accurate, relevant, and properly categorized.
Ensure CRM data is consistently leveraged to support sales, marketing, and customer service efforts.
Perform regular audits on CRM data to ensure quality and integrity.
Data Interpretation & Insight Generation:
Analyze large sets of business data to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities.
Provide actionable insights from the data to improve business operations, customer relationships, and performance.
Work closely with different teams (like Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to understand their reporting needs and provide tailored reports and recommendations.
Collaboration & Support:
Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data and requirements for generating business reports.
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements based on report findings.
Support leadership in strategic decision-making by providing up-to-date and accurate data analysis.
System Improvement & Automation:
Identify opportunities to automate report generation and CRM processes to increase efficiency.
Recommend and implement enhancements to the CRM and reporting systems to better meet the organization’s needs.
