Job Summary:
MIS is a Management Information System. An information system is computerized and uses data from multiple systems to make decisions, coordinate, control, analyze, and visualize information. The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the maintenance and growth of the organization's Management Information Systems. The role involves data analysis, report generation, system maintenance, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data.
Roles & Responsibilities:
An MIS Executive should focus on creating, maintaining, and analyzing Google Sheets that align with the organization’s core functions and reporting requirements. Here’s a breakdown of the most critical Google Sheets they should focus on:
1. Financial Management Sheets
Expense Tracker: Tracks departmental or project-wise expenses against budgets.
Revenue Reports: Monitors sales revenue and projections over time.
Profit & Loss Statements: Summarizes income and expenses to calculate net profit.
Cash Flow Analysis: Tracks incoming and outgoing cash to ensure liquidity.
2. Sales and Marketing Sheets
Sales Performance Tracker: Tracks individual or team sales against targets.
Lead Management: Maintains lead information, stages, and conversion rates.
Marketing ROI Analysis: Tracks marketing campaigns and evaluates their effectiveness.
Customer Database: Maintains customer details for sales and marketing efforts.
3. Inventory and Procurement Sheets
Stock Inventory: Tracks stock levels, reorder points, and aging inventory.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Must hold Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in information systems management or a related field.
Proven track record in developing and implementing MIS solutions.
