Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and process sales orders efficiently and accurately.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
Align and coordinate customer calls within the department.
Organize meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for the sales and service team.
Work with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Assist the sales and service team all over.
