Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive – Sales & Marketing to support day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and assist in implementing marketing and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination, timely execution of campaigns, reporting, and backend support that drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns, lead management, and customer engagement.

Track and maintain sales pipelines, CRM updates, and campaign performance data.

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing activities including digital campaigns, events, and promotions.

Support the preparation of sales reports, performance dashboards, and other analytics.

Ensure timely processing of documentation, invoices, contracts, and client onboarding formalities.

Monitor stock of marketing materials and coordinate with vendors for printing or promotional goods.

Help optimize internal workflows to improve efficiency across marketing and sales operations.

Provide administrative support and respond to internal and external communications as required.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, finance, and logistics to support operational needs.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales principles.

Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Additional certifications in marketing, operations, or CRM tools are a plus.
