Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage and execute purchasing activities, ensuring timely procurement of materials and services while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and payments using Tally

- Create and issue purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

- Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services

- Maintain healthy relationships with vendors and suppliers

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Tally and purchase order management

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Basic knowledge of purchasing principles and practices

Work Details:

- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

- Sunday fixed off (6-day working week)

- Work from office (no remote work)
