About the Role
We are looking for a detail-driven Content Writer who can simplify complex concepts and write clear and engaging learning content for skilling programs, aimed at preparing learners for job opportunities and workplace success. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills and the ability to break down technical or unfamiliar topics into easy-to-understand language. A learner-first mindset, and a commitment to quality, will be key to success in this role.
We are a young tech startup aiming to drive transformational social change at scale in the Blue-Collar Universe of 1Bn workers across South Asia, through Skilling, Jobs & Career growth, Social Platforms, and Financial Inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze learner needs and contexts.
Research topics across various domains to develop content for educational programs.
Break down complex concepts into clear, simple, and engaging content suitable for the intended learner.
Write content that aligns with the learning goals.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and video teams.
Review and revise content based on feedback.
Required Skills and Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong research skills and a curiosity-driven mindset
Ability to transform complex information into easy-to-understand content
High attention to detail
Familiarity with digital learning formats is a plus
Positive attitude and a strong drive to learn and grow in a dynamic setting
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships
