Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
oOversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
oEnsure that the outlet meets quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness.
oMonitor and manage restaurant inventory, including ordering and stock control.
oImplement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Financial Management:
oRecruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
oSchedule staff shifts
oConduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
oAddress and resolve employee conflicts and disciplinary issues as necessary.
Customer Service:
oEnsure a high standard of customer service and address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
oMonitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on feedback.
Financial Management:
oPrepare and manage budgets and financial reports.
oAnalyse sales and financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
oManage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial records.



Marketing and Sales:
oImplement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and attract customers.
oMonitor local market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
Compliance:
oEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
oConduct regular inspections and audits to maintain standards.
Skills:
oStrong leadership and team management skills.
oExcellent customer service and communication skills.
oAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
