·        Identify, prioritize and reach out to new students.

·         Follow up on leads and contacts

·        Through interaction with prospective students on the phone or in-person uses every opportunity to build client’s interest in the company’s products and services

·        Consistently stay abreast of any new information on the Training center’s services promotional campaigns etc. to ensure accurate and helpful information is supplied to students when they make enquiries

·        Document all customer contact and information.

·        Responsible for arranging travel, meetings and appointments.

·        Welcome students and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.

·        Ensure that all contacts with clients (e-mail, walk-In to center, SMS or phone) provide the client with a personalized customer service experience of the highest level
