Telecounselor (Call Centre)

Job Location: Gurugram

Shift Timing (IST): 10 AM – 7 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Education Requirement: Graduation (Mandatory)

Age Criteria: 30 years last

Salary Details:
Fresher: ₹18,000 CTC (₹16,000 in-hand)
Experienced (2-8 years): ₹25,000 CTC (₹25,000 in-hand)

Blacklisted Companies: No restrictions
Joining Requirement: Immediate joiners preferred, but notice period up to 30 days is acceptable

3 Rounds (Face-to-Face)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide counseling and guidance to students regarding educational programs and career options.
Identify students' needs and assist them in making informed decisions about their future.
Generate and follow up on leads to maximize enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
Develop a strong understanding of the courses offered to provide precise and effective counseling.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns professionally.
