Job Overview:
Position : Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance
Reports To : CFO
Experience : Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience
Job Location : Andheri (East)
Qualification : Graduation / Degree
Preferred : Financial services Industry (DP/Broking/ RTA or Merchant Banking
Responsibilities and Duties:
Should have Functional Knowledge on Indian Taxation Laws Like, GST, TDS, Income
Tax, PT, PF, ESIC etc.
Must have handled the Accounting finalization work independently
Monthly reconciliation of all bank statement and balance confirmation.
Verification of Vouchers for payments/receipts.
Monthly closing books of accounts & general ledger scrutiny of expenses.
Coordinating with internal and statutory auditors for resolving queries.
Maintaining Books of Accounts using Tally 9 & ERP Prime.
General ledger scrutiny of Expenses, Debtors & Creditors.
Preparation & submission of Profit & Loss Account & Balance Sheet.
Requisites & Responsibilities
5+ years of accounting experience, decision-making, problem-solving skills.
Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
Must have good soft skills.
